Hey there!

I'm Jessica. I like small animals, saving the planet, and my favorite guy, Shakespeare.

When I’m not instagramming my rabbit, Zoe, or trying to clean the inside of a metal straw, you can probably catch me at Legacy Theatre, Valley Shakespeare Festival, Puppet Shakespeare Players or Classics on the Rocks. (I warned you about the Shakespeare thing.)

2019 (remember then?) was pretty amazing. I started the year strong performing in a new verse play about the Trojan War, a very adult puppet parody of Romeo and Juliet, and a production of PygmalionOver the summer, I got to play one of my bucket-list roles, Helena, in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

In 2020, I kept things going by filming a national TV commercial for Match.com from my apartment. In addition, I performed five roles in a Zoom production of A Midsummer Night's Dream and did a socially distant, three-person production of Cyrano

In 2021, I performed in Oedipus Rex at Legacy Theatre and received excellent personal reviews across the board. I was also nominated for a BroadwayWorld Regional Award for my performance.

These days, I’m writing this website bio, actively seeking representation, and advocating for the Oxford comma.

Make sure to follow me on Instagram and TikTok where you can stay up-to-date and watch me try not to take myself too seriously.

"Jessica Breda is a standout"
-Branford Patch (Oedipus Rex)

"Jessica Breda, identified in the production's flier not by any of the many roles she's played but as "VSF Audience Favorite!" She clearly is.”
